I bought Tom Clancy Rainbow Six Siege on digital download off the Xbox store on the 25/12/15 which qualified me for the 2 free game code for rainbow six Vegas 1 & 2, you are meant to receive the games code within 10 via your message centre which I haven't
received at all, I then did a live chat with Microsoft regarding this and they told me to contact ubisoft which I did they then replied to my message stating since I bought the game on a digital copy I would need to contact the retailer which is Microsoft
since I bought the game from the Xbox store, so I have just been on live chat again to Microsoft for further assistance they told me to write what's happened in this forum? is there anyone that could assist me on what I need to do.

How do I redeem a code on Xbox one without kinect?

You can manually put the code in by going to Store/Games and "use a code" tile is on the right under search games.

Did you enter the code for the car pack manually? Scanning the code only does the game. I had to type the other code in for the car pack.

 

I went through the exact same series of events. Looks like we're not alone either, I've seen a few others on this board with the same vegas code problem.
