Game codes not working

Hi,

So I bought Gears of War 4, the one which comes with codes for the past games that came on the 360: Gears 1 2 3 and judgement.

I tried the codes and they still are valuable, but when i want to redeem them to add them to my library, they tell me that something happened on their end, I tried again and it didn't work and my retailer said to contact Microsoft.

So please help me out, I really want to play these awesome games.

Might not be avail or try from XBox app redeem, computer,console,laptop or anything with internet browser and try redeeming again

Sorry to hear it. Some of the 360 games are not available in some countries and this could be what is causing the problem. Which country are you in please?

But i don't even know what the real problem is.

It's like Microsoft's system doesn't want me to have them.

I bought the game about 2 months ago, as a physical disc that came with stickers and the codes. My retailer says that the problem comes from Microsoft's systems and that they deactivated the codes everywhere because nobody is redeeming them or even wants
them.

Please tell me that it can be fixed, I really love the original franchise and I don't even have an XBOX 360.

I bought a ONE S just to play the gears games. Please help me as much as you can.

Make sure there is not a service alert active
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

Then I would make sure your account matches the region of the codes for the 360 games.
