Discus and support Game Code in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I got a message saying that i got 2 codes for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and Rainbow Sis Vegas 2 but now they're gone.     I got a message saying that i got 2 codes for Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and Rainbow Sis Vegas 2 but now they're gone. I did not delete or even use them because I wanted to download them when i was ready. Is there a way I could get them back?

    How do I redeem a code on Xbox one without kinect?

    You can manually put the code in by going to Store/Games and "use a code" tile is on the right under search games.

    Did you enter the code for the car pack manually? Scanning the code only does the game. I had to type the other code in for the car pack.

    Need help - Purchased a game in 2019 and it says product key was already used but it's not showing on my account.

    Is the code for the same game you purchased? Codes are one time use only so if you had purchased the game by code and redeemed the code, the game is already tied to your account.
