    Game code sent to nowhere issue


    We purchased an Xbox One yesterday and followed the steps to retrieve the free game that came with the purchase. Although we had set up a new outlook.com email account we did not visit the inbox prior to completing the retrieval instructions. When I spoke
    with a member of the Support Team he said that the email with the 25 character code was sent, however it was "sent to nowhere". He provided the link to this forum and said that the administrators would be able to resend the (Forza 6) game code to the email
    provided.

    Please let me know what additional information is needed to get this issue resolve.

    Rewards codes are invalid on xbox 360

    I got codes (sent on my e-mail-address) from Rewards program and it's not said nowhere that the codes will only work for Xbox One. So I type them from my Xbox 360, but it says "code invalid".

    Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

    I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

    Login issue on Forza Horizon 5 after updating to Windows 11

    I had a similar issue and just fixed it, I am only having this issue with Forza, nowhere else. So I just logged into outlook in an incognito window, and when it sent me the code while logging in, I went back to Forza, and instead of typing in the email/number I clicked "I have a code" and entered the code I had been sent to log into my email. Hope this works for you.

    nope.. all clips that are saved or record that are automatically sent to the cloud and are saved nowhere into your HDD.. the X1 HDD is for the 3 OS's, games and apps...
