    I got a code to a game but when i try to claim it i get TokenNotSupported HKkrfqTvHvoXZj06.0.2.2

    why am i seeing this, tried to contact xbox support to get a better view of this, but they said my code is active and should work i even sent it to my brother who gotten the same error, i was asked to post here.

    Having issue to redeem a code

    When i Type my code to redeem Raiden V it says the following error!!!

    ''Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page''

    and then I m not being able to redeem it...I tried even changing my console region to japanese...nothing...tried to redeem this code as gift ...nothing...!!!

    Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the codes. Have you tried the Prepaid Code Troubleshooting guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically
    located currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region? Try to redeem the code on xbox.com HERE and let us know if you're also seeing the same error
    message and error code. Please also post the error code here as well.

    I have this issue and have tried redeeming on the console and via internet browser. It says check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page. TokenNotSupported.

    Cant redeem my code for Battlefield V

    I'm having the same problem. Bought an Xbox One X today which came with a Battlefield V download code - but when I try and redeem I get the "TokenNotSupported" error.

    My Xbox location is set to UK and my Xbox Live account is a UK account. I've tried setting the Xbox location to USA but it didn't help.
