Game Code redemption Not appearing in order history.

When I check order history for my Microsoft account, I cannot see the item I redeemed. The code was for “Titanfall 2 Deluxe Edition Content.” Where do I go to view when something was redeemed if it does not show up in order history? I did not purchase the item from the Microsoft store. The code came packaged with the deluxe edition copy of the game I purchased physically.

Did you redeem the code on the Microsoft website or on your Xbox console?

If it's not showing up on the order history it means that it's not successful or it was not redeemed under the account that you're using.

You may need to try redeeming the code again or try checking other Microsoft accounts that you own.

Hi, try keeping an eye in the order history or check if the item appears after 48 hours since redemption date and time

Right now there is a current outage and maybe that's the reason about why you're not able to see the code in your order history

if a code is already redeemed. If you cannot locate the redemption of the prepaid code on the order history of the account, we suggest reaching out to

Check your order history on the redemption page of the Reward's site. It should give the option to either resend the code, or it will list the code there.

If the code appears as redeemed in the order history of her account the code worked, please share a screenshot of the order history where you see the code as redeemed and another from the web store after login where you are redirected by pressing the game picture from the order history
