Game code redeemed but not available to download on XBox One

Head to the xbox store and redeem your code. After that you can browse the many dif games that are available on xbox game pass. You can do this in the xbox store. Pick which one you want and download it.

The codes can be redeemed on the One or website. Usually the issues with redeeming the codes is a region issue. The game is region locked. So in order to download, your account region and your physical location have to match and you have to live in a region
where the game is available.

Try redeeming the codes on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem?ref=xboxcom&refd=account.microsoft.com if that doesn't work, then your only option might be to redeem the codes on an actual Xbox 360 console. Bear in mind, the game and DLC have now been delisted from the store, so the codes might not work.

Edit, I have found another way to redeem a code on the Xbox One or Xbox Series consoles via backward compatibility, which might get the codes to work. Start a backward Compatible title which you can purchase DLC directly from the game. Fallout 3 has this option. If you have Xbox Game Pass, it is currently on there. Then download the game, and start it, then select downloads on the menu, this will show the DLC available for the game. Select view available content. Then select any of the content, as if you were going to purchase the content. Then select Change Payment Option. Then Redeem Code. Try then to redeem the codes you have for the game.

Are you asking about the Free Fall map or the whole game? I redeemed Free Fall on my 360 and when I started up my Xbox One it was available to download without a code. So I have the code that came with my Xbox One still unused.

All physical games on Xbox One are region-free. You'll be fine buying games from elsewhere, although language may change depending on where you buy the game.

Even download codes should be region-free. As long as the game is available in your region's Store you should be able to redeem the code and download the content.
