game code not recieved

i havent recieved my code to download fallout 3 that came with the fallout 4 digital download, i purchased it on 11/10/15, and am wanting to download it before february

Hello I just bought a xbox one choose your game package. I entered the code and chose forza 6. I have not received the code. I need help resolving this issue any help will be appreciated.

 

Fallout 4 purchase unclear on getting Fallout 3, possible false advertisement.

Purchased the game but have not recieved the code

 

My gamertag is , me and my account are located in France, and my problem is that I participated at the Gamerscore offer in september, a friend of mine used my code to buy a Xbox One but I never recieved my Forza Horizon 2 code which I should have
recieved since late october.
