    Game code not activating


    Hello!

    I purchased a copy of Fallout 4 for the Xbox One that came with a digital copy of Fallout 3 for the Xbox 360. The copy was included as a code in Fallout 4's booklet.

    Firstly I tried activating it on the Xbox One to no avail, I changed country settings as well, but it still wouldn't work. Next I tried activating the code on the PC at microsoft.com/redeem, there it said that the code must be activated on the Xbox itself.

    I even tried on the Xbox 360, but there it said that the code is not valid.

    Can anybody tell me what else I should try and if there is anything else to try?

    There is no expiry date on the booklet with the code.

    There seems to be a bit of uncertainty online about this, but I believe that the codes may actually have had an unwritten expiry date. You can read more about it here:
