    I purchased a new Xbox One yesterday from Costco and it included Gears of War Ultimate Edition game. I entered the 25 digit code on my Xbox, went to games to see if the game installed and nothing was there for Gears of War. I restarted my console and still
    the game is not there. I went to enter the code again and it says it has been used. It is now day two and still no game on my console. I entered the 25 digit code online and it says it has been used. What happened to my download?

    Hello Jake,

    It is possible that the card contains two codes, because I see the bundle is also supposed to include the "Superstar Cole" skin, so it is possible you only redeemed this add-on content rather than the game. Check the card again and see if there is a second
    code; if so, redeem that and it should all be good.

    Be careful with bundles in game some are just codes to download the game I thought that when I bought a bundle with forza titanfall and dead rising no disc just codes

    what bundle??? there was no game included with an XB1... bundles were store specific.... only Europe received a game and that was a code for adigital download

    Morning,

    i have the same problem, but fifa 14 is a download-game (bundle). it will be started and i became a black screen after the "messi-screen".

    i dont have the code from bundle... it is possible the game du reinstall without any code?

    the game must be linked with the account - or??

    xbox have problems with "social media and gamings" is there a context??
