Game code for add ons entered onto incorrect microsoft account

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately once a pre paid code for content is added to an account it is not transferrable to another account. Although, there is a way to share content from one account to the entire Xbox one.
Please take note that not all content is shareable though, and if more info is needed you would have to contact the developers.

Please follow the steps on this link to set up home console Sharing (not applicable on the xbox app on windows). You would be performing these steps while logged into the account that has the addons on it :

It is ridiculous that I can use a prepaid card to buy an Xbox subscription, but *** if I entered the code already on my microsoft account, now I cannot use it to buy an Xbox subscription. That's the whole reason I entered it onto the account. Microsoft
is AWFUL!!!!

The code only lets you use it if you've not had gold before. I have the same slip, tells you when you enter it. The trial does not stack or add onto your account like most other codes.
