    Game closes and I lose my rewards


    Hello,

    I have had several instances of Microsoft Bingo shutting down when I am playing a game. If it happens at the end of the game, I lose all the rewards for the game even level up rewards. When I leveled up from 21 to 22, I did not receive my level up rewards.
    It is really frustrating. Do I need to complete an update? How do I get my rewards?

    Server Error

    Way too many server errors. My internet connection is excellent and Bingo keeps telling me I can't connect. It does it sometimes just after I've opened all my rewards, it closes and I lose everything! Very frustrating, almost seems like it's done on purpose!

    Yes the close games are my favorite too. But I also agree that its really rewarding when you are either outnumbered, or losing by a lot and still come back to win. Even if I dont win, I love the close action packed games.
