Discus and support game closes after ads in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; why is it every time I go to play an ad pops up and after the ad the game will just shut off and go to my home screen?     why is it every time I go to play an ad pops up and after the ad the game will just shut off and go to my home screen? If I restart my computer and go back to the game the ad will pop up but at the bottom you can see the blue line load across the screen
    and then it will end and bring me to the game. I am able to play a few rounds and then I will get an ad and this time it will have no blue line and when it is finished the game will shut off.

    Solitaire games not opening

    Most of the ads have a blue bar and then a close button but solitaire and bingo ads don't and these are causing the game to close. Please fix

    Game still closes after the Snickers Ad plays -

    Same problem. Except with mine other Ads will come up and the audio from Snickers Ads come up
    at the same time. Needless to say the game crashes from this, making the Daily Challenges impossible to do so far today.

    Was having the same closure problems before finding this advice. I uninstalled then reinstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection only to suffer the same closure after the ad finished. Clealy something wrong with the way the advert hands back to the game.
