Game Clips Won't Play

can anyone help me? This has been an issue for a few days and I was hoping it would fix itself but it hasn't. Whenever I go into the Xbox store on my console it will not play any game clips. It moves for one second like its buffering and then nothing big
ole green screen. No sound, no picture, nothing. Can't move the bar to see if I can just skip over it either. Tried multiple times to go back to dashboard and go back in and I have also restarted all of my wifi network devices to no avail. (I have 2 Apple
Time Capsules connected to my XFINITY router. Obviously I only use one TC to connect but I restarted them all just in case. They have all been updated as well.) The data packet loss on my xbox is 0% and download speed is anywhere between 30mbps to 20mbps.
Wireless strength is generally 96%-100%. I've run out of ideas and the support website is baffled as well.

Game DVR Won't Play Clips

I've had my Xbox One for nearly 4 years and in that time I've never been able to play my Game DVR clips without them buffering every 5 seconds and being unwatchable. My ISP is Frontier and I get 100 down, 50 up, and have an open NAT. I can't understand why
my clips won't play back properly.

Game clips won't load

Whenever I try to watch a game clip that I made or that a friend made all i get is a loading symbol. After about 10 mins the game clip will start to play but only for about 2 seconds before it freezes for 10 mins. Then it will play 1 second and freeze again.
This only started happening recently but it is really annoying because I just want to watch game clips but am not able to, please help me. I have restarted my xbox one twice and still is not working

Anyone notice that the support techs wait until these threads get old and then say it was probably resolved so start a new thread? How about just answer the question so others can read what the resolution was. This is ridiculous.

since the update all your clips are now in the Game DVR. Sometimes if i'm playing a game and I make a clip of it, I won't be able to share it for a few minutes or while i still have the game I got the clip from still running. if worst comes to worst you
can always take a clip to Upload Studio and then just not edit it and quickly hit finish and after that you will be given the option to share it.

What solutions have you tried so far?

There was recently an issue with some consoles whereby audio was out of sync on clips so it's possible it's a variation of that. Might be worth playing with the clip settings on your console:

open a game

Record a clip

Shut the game

If audio broken, delete the clip

Change either clip duration or clip quality in settings

Start game

Record clip

Close game

Check clip...if still broken, delete and then keep repeat the process.

I can't guarantee that will work as I have only tried it on out of sync audio but it's worth a try

Upload studio is an app you can download to the Xbox to edit and upload game clips. Try downloading it man and see if you can play your clips or upload them through there.

i would also look up how to clear the cache of your Xbox one, that might help

No that does nothing. Clips still play for one second only. Upload studio would suggest that you have a clip that works, mine won't. Clear cache didn't work.

Ya I've had this glitch for over a year and a half I cant edit videos anymore without them being unsendable
