    This is something that has been posted several times, Microsoft gave me some troubleshooting steps, but they didn't work. I have the "record what happened" to 15 seconds, and with games like Ghost Recon Breakpoint or COD Warzone, the clips only record like
    eight seconds, sometimes less. Also, the clips have no sound at all. Most of the times this happens, the pop up of "Game clip recorded" takes several seconds to appear. Sometimes it doesn't appears at all, and the clip it's not recorded.

    I have an Xbox One X, 30Mbps download and 3Mbps upload. My storage it's at 68%, my clips are supposed to be recorded at 1080p. The problem described later happens with any duration the Xbox allows you to use.

    At first I thought this was because of getting enrolled in Insiders, but I have the Xbox unenroled and with a factory reset and the problem is the same.

    I'm starting to think those games are just too much for the Xbox

    Yeah, exactly the same problem here. Start recording works just fine, but automatic clips doesn't. I don't know if those games might have DVR configuration that interferes with the Xbox OS
