    I have just had one of your "experts" tell me to reset my xbox because most of my game clips have been removed. I have logged back in after resetting the xbox which kept my games and apps, BUT have removed ALL of my game clips now. I have anxiety and i
    am an editor and i needed those clips. Please help me, i need all of my clips back. Your "expert " was called Lucky M and i have a screenshot of him talking me.

    THAT IS WHAT I TOLD XBOX SUPPORT BUT THEY DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. PLEASE I NEED THEM BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    Looks like you may have been put under a specific ban you may need to contact xbox an see the # is 1800 469 9269 they should be able to tell you exactly what happened

    So I re-downloaded my profile and it rebooted and now my achievements show up. So it probably was a glitch. But everything is okay now:)

    No for everything. When I logged into Xbox it said 0g and the only thing that was there was my gamertag, my character isn't even showing up. I can sign into any other accounts I have and have no issues but when I log into mine I do.
