Game Clips are not being saved

Discus and support Game Clips are not being saved in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; The xbox hears the command but doesn't record.     Game Clips are not being saved


    The xbox hears the command but doesn't record.

    I found an old post saying to make a new post with the OS Version... Here it goes.

    OS version:

    6.2.11621.0 (xb_rel_1410.140907-2200) fre

    Clips > Saving, Sharing, etc

    And remember that clips are saved on the cloud not the console.

    Game Clips are not being saved

    im having the same issue, where it recognizes me saying it but does nothing, also when i manually use the game dvr i get an error message

    Yeah, the game DVR and kinect command "record that" are doing nothing for me right now.

    Hey, guys! Since this is an update preview issue, you'll want to post this over in the
    Update Preview Forums. The preview team can see what's going on and hopefully get you better guidance on how to resolve this or bring to light a bug in the update! Game Clips are not being saved :D

    All my xbox captures are missing

    Make sure to upload clips you need to save otherwise they might get deleted when new clips are being recorded.

    Harddrive clips deleted

    Save your clips to OneDrive or an external storage to keep them from being deleted
