Game clips and Screenshots are messed up (Need help!)

Discus and support Game clips and Screenshots are messed up (Need help!) in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Been almost a month I've had this issue can't contact Microsoft (not like they'd know what to do anyways) so I guess I'll post here and hope to get...     Game clips and Screenshots are messed up (Need help!)


    Been almost a month I've had this issue can't contact Microsoft (not like they'd know what to do anyways) so I guess I'll post here and hope to get some help. All my sceenshots/clips are having issues. It keeps bringing back deleted screenshots/clips and
    won't load the new ones on the Xbox App or GameDVR and the GameDVR support was no help at all so Idk what else to do? When I take a new screenshot or record a game clip it'll say "Uploaded to Xbox Live" when I open it it'll say "Sorry something went wrong"
    and won't show up on the Xbox App or the GameDVR website. So this issue makes it hard to download my game clips and screenshots and I don't know how to fix this because it don't seem like it's an issue with the Xbox (Idk?) since I can download screenshots
    and clips on my other account fine and they show up fast to download on but my account it just keeps bringing them back. For example I deleted every screenshot and clip and I go to recent captures and I see show all 132 but I have nothing. I sign in on my
    other xbox and got to recent captures and show all and I see stuff from a month ago and I deleted them all and backed out went back in and they're still there??? If someone know how to fix this I'd appreciate it!

    Hello Smith,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I do not believe that this is supported. When you capture screenshots using the Game DVR / Bar, the name of the game and the "creator" of the file are added in automatically. This needs to be there labeled correctly for
    the share process to go through without error.

    This Error Code means that you have to many Clips/Screenshots uploaded to Xbox Live and Xbox DVR fails to load them all, so you need to ether remove some Clips/Screenshots from Xbox Live (Those Clips/Screenshots will still be on your Console, just not on
    Xbox Live for anyone to see) and if that doesn't fix the DVR Error then you have to delete some Clips/Screenshots completely both from Console and Xbox Live to fix this DVR Error so Xbox DVR will be able to load your Clips/Screenshots about For Honor and other
    games.
