Game clip upload to XboxNetwork/OneDrive failed 0x82323990

Suddenly, videos and screenshots cannot be uploaded to either the Xbox network or OneDrive as normal and I am instead met with the following error message immediately after pressing upload ‘0x82323990’.

I have done a full power cycle multiple times and my connection is not a problem. My console is enrolled to the insider beta, and is fully updated to the current version. I uploaded a clip the day before with no problems and I’d like to know what I can do to get this clip uploaded to OneDrive.

Edit: To anybody with the same problem in the future, do NOT factory reset your console. This will delete all local clips and screenshots you have taken if you don’t upload them to the Xbox network. Unfortunately, I couldn’t upload anything and therefore cannot use these clips at all without this issue being fixed.

    :)

Full reset but keeping games and apps installed hasn’t fixed it. I still get the same error message when uploading clips and screenshots.

I’ll update my post when I find a solution

I'm sorry about your situation. One reason that I'm thinking of is because you're using a beta version of an Xbox update, this might be something that you can raise to Team Xbox as part of insiders.

Thank you for the update. Resetting the Xbox while keeping all the games resolved this issue to some users. I understand that this is the last option that you want to take. However, all the required settings are already configured correctly yet you're still receiving the error. If your system is fully updated, you've tried reinstalling the apps, this would be our best hope at this point.

    Thanks for the response,

My system preferences are set to allow game captures, and automatic uploads for OneDrive is enabled.

I have logged out and back in numerous times with the same issue happening everytime I try to upload a clip after logging back in.

All of my privacy settings allow for uploading content outside of Xbox, the only thing not allowed is other Xbox accounts seeing my game clips, which is set to ‘only me’.

Any other advice is appreciated, I’m not sure what else I can try besides a factory reset which I would prefer to avoid.

    Hi MaybeJack985,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues uploading your files to OneDrive. It appears from the error code you posted that you have disabled your capture/share feature. To see if you can turn them on, please follow the instructions below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide

Select Profile & system > Settings > Preferences

Select Capture & share > Allow game captures

If it's still not working, please completely logoff from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in.

In addition, please ensure that your privacy settings to upload on Xbox live is configured properly. Here are the steps:

Log in to Xbox Settings and sign in your account.

In the navigation tabs, click Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety

Select Allow for You can upload captures to Xbox Live

    Click Submit.

    Regards,

    Alvaro
