game chat on twitch stream

i stream games like call of duty and fortnite on twitch with people on other consoles and i get a lot of complaints on how the viewers cant hear the other people in game. is there a cheap way to do this?

Noooo. Let me explain it better.

I stream with my Elgato, obviously that means no Xbone twitch app streaming... HOWEVER, this also means I can't view the Twitch chat straight from my game screen...which sucks.-

I was just curious if there were any plans to make your own twitch chat viewable via the app without streaming from the app?

There is a setting that allows game chat and party chat to be heard in stream. I've seen it before, can't remember where it is but it's there. Should be in the twitch app or broadcast settings.

We solved half of my problems. My audio is now streaming to twitch. However, game chat is not. Last week on I was able to stream my mics audio AND my IN GAME chat audio to twitch directly from my Xbox series S, meaning my PC and Playstation party mates audio was making it into my stream.

That is not happening now. Slightly less frustrating but still quite.

i think you need a chat link cable, you can get these from most places like ebay, amazon etc

One thing to note with mixer is that if you are in an Xbox Live party and streaming each person in the party needs to tick the box to include their audio in the stream.
