    Hi All,

    Wen using my headset in regular game chat, it doesn't seem to work at all. My screen name has the mic icon, and I can see other players mic icons flashing when they talk but I hear no sound, and I cant talk to anyone. My mic plugs in fine and the volume
    beeps work fine as well as the mute light.

    When I join a party, everything returns to normal. I can hear others and others can hear me. Seems to have happened with the last update, is there a setting that was changed that I'm missing somewhere? I tried to update the controller as well but it
    tells me its already updated.

    Texture Issue Caused By Newer XB360s

    I'm playing off disc. Noticed the the candles in tombs don't look right. Don't really have any texture. Maybe they are supposed to look like that. I don't knoiw.

    But anyway am currently installing to a USB flash drive to see if there is any difference. It could be though that I am being picky and the candles are supposed to be like that.

    And i'm using the 250GB slim model

    I have the exact same issue, I have to restart my Xbox to be able to be heard by my friends in the party. I don't know whether it's a network issue or issue with the controller firmware.

    Here are some Troubleshooting Steps:

    Check your Privacy and onlinesafty: there you can Change who can hear you InGAme Chat.

    For example only Friends - that could be the reason why you can hear them in Party but nothing ingame-Chat.

    What you also can do is Updating your Controller

    or using another Controller to check if a Hardware failure persists.

    And perform a Hard Reboot

    Hold Power Button on Console at least 5-6 seconds untill you hear a beep and Console turns off

    ◾Wait ~30sec. until the light on the Power Supply turns Orange.

    ◾Disconnect Power Supply from Wall Outlet and from XB1

    ◾Wait again ~40sec.

    ◾Plug Back in Power and try again.

    yes everything is updated chat adapter controller and system. and i have tried hard reset still not working properly. The headset does not work in game chat at all. In party chat it worked until i went to game chat. Ever since the update this issues started
    happening. It has to be the update that caused all these issues for ton of people.

    After August Update consistent lag every 10 seconds or so?

    I was reading on the Black Ops 3 Forums. And i found a topic on there from someone discribbing exactly the same problem im having that The Xbox Live Party Chat is causing the Skips/stutter in the game every 10 seconds. As soon as your out of Party Chat The
    skips/stutter is gone. I havent tested this on other multiplayer games yet but my connection is fine on console and in games. But the stutter remains while in Party chat. I dont know if this is caused by a bug in the dashboard update on August 19 or the Black
    Ops 3 game update on August 16 since i downloaded both updates on the same day. I really hope this can be fixed with a dashboard or game update. I hope Support can have a look at this game stutter/skipping issue that happens every 10 seconds while in Party
    Chat.

    Soooo they fix issue yet ??? Cause im still having it. Why do i have to restart my Xbox after my first game of fortnte everyday ????
