Game chat isn't working.

Hi,

Absolutely every games in game chat is not working. My party chat works perfectly fine. My network latency is fine. My headset is turtle beaches ear force stealth 600. This has been going on for far to long and i just can't ignore it anymore. All the sounds
work perfectly. My settings in my account privacy should allow me to have in game chat. So that isn't the issue. The consel is just the regular 1tb xbox one. I thought buying this new mic would help but it didn't. I even purchased the Xbox gold membership
since i thought the problem was not having the gold membership while filesharing. Please help. I don't understand NAT stuff and those answers really wont help me. It says it's fine and my brothers xbox in the same house works perfectly fine.

I've done several hard resets and this is a brand new mic. Doesn't work on my old one either.

You probably need new headphones or restart system

Does Your NAT is strict or open?

see if hard reseting your console helps to that usually helps with problems hold down the power button for 10 secs

My game chat audio isn't working

Make sure your audio device for both input (microphone) and output (speakers) is set correctly on your PC. Under
Control Panel, select Sound. You’ll find these settings on both the
Playback and Recording tabs.
