Game chat does not work

Does game chat in other games work? Or is game chat in every game not working?

What particular game does not work with party chat on your account?

Can you check on
https://account.xbox.com/settings if by accident your online and privacy settings were changed to disable voice chat?

1. Check your network connection: Make sure your Xbox is connected to the internet and that your network connection is stable. You can test your network connection by going to Settings > Network > Network settings.



2. Check your privacy settings: Make sure your privacy settings allow for communication with other players. You can check this by going to Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize > Communication & multiplayer.
