GAME CD IS SO HOT WHEN I PLAYING JUST A Little in my XBOX ONE X

In my opinion Xbox isn’t so hot, little warm but I believe it’s very normal.

one little problem I had when trying too install destiny was that when I put the destiny cd in the xbox it did not register that it was in. so i had to switch to an other cd, start the game and press exit game. After that I had no problem with the 100% issue.

i think i figured it out thanks to your questions. i got this game used and it was on cd. when i tried to reload these games again different things happened... trials hd loaded, and slopsion man didn't. i've been a pc gamer since my last console a dreamcast....
so i am pretty new to xbox... the reason is says xbox one is because xbox one it is compatible with it, not that it is xbox one only... really confused me. after inspecting the cd i realized it has some very light scuffing near the outer edge of the cd. so
i guess my cd is just scratched on the splosion man part of the disc... sad because i got this cd for that game... at least i get to play limbo.

Hey, just came across this post, my xbox started doing the same thing, I was playing risk- arcade game, no cd, and the cd drive started going in and out in and out making the little ping noise it does when opening. That was 4 hours ago, now with xbox switched
off, it powered it self on and opened the cd tray, while I was watching TV. Did you find a resolution? Bit worrying, if this starts happening, I wont be able to play any games.
