    I have an Xbox One S. My capture settings are so that when I "clip" things it records the last 45 seconds of what happened. However, lately, when I try to clip things I do, It only clips 4 seconds of the last 45. This is very inconvenient because I am
    unable to clip things now because it only records 4 seconds even though my settings are set for 45 seconds. Also if it is relevant my Xbox is fairly new and has 66% of storage still remaining.

    Why are you wanting to capture at 4K? the Xbox One S doesnt render any game at 4k, so all you will be doing is capturing an upscaled image.

    Xbox One S by default captures 1080p with a max of 2 minutes.

    Go to preferences > Broadcast & Capture

    Under capture select Game clip resolution and choose 720p SDR. This will allow you to record 5 minutes. Be warned, the quality of video recordings will drop.

    It seems to me like you're trying to record your xbox 360 gameplay, correct? If that's so, you can't connect your xbox 360 to your xbox one via HDMI in and record through that as the xbox one can NOT record anything coming into the HDMI in port because of
    legal issues with protected content like cable TV, etc.

    You will need an external capture device that has an HDMI in and OUT and a USB connection to a PC and software included to record it on while you play it on a TV, separate from your PC screen. The ElGato HD60 or HD60 S or HD60 Pro can do this. See their

    Essentially none of my captures are showing up anywhere. I can create captures just fine. They just don't sync anywhere else. I have the latest Beta Channel release on the XBOX One S.
