Game Captures not going away

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please delete clips both on Local storage and on the Xbox Network. After that, please perform an extended power cycle and reset your network hardware.

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

It is really weird for your captures to go away just like that. Updates or playing on another console should not afftect this matter.

Unfortunately there is no backup for these captures

If you sneak out of a spawn trap don't capture the first base you go to, go to the furthest away making sure you don't go into the capture area of any flags on the way. Some of the enemy team will have to come a get you otherwise you give your team a new
spawn point. You can also cause some distractions by having any squadmates who spawn on you go to other flags while you're capturing so any enemies have to check them on the way to you.

Try going into Settings, Preferences, and then Capture & Share.

From there check to see if under Capture in the first block that says, "Allow game captures", and see if it either shows: "Captures by me or games" or "Capture by me."

If it says, "Don't capture", then change it to either one of the other two options.
