    Hi,

    I use windows 10 game capture on my PC and whenever I save a recording with "record that" the video has no sound and is frozen on 1 frame. When I start recording it records the game play but there is no sound. I have a mic connected to the PC that is fully
    functional I have all of my graphics cards / everything thing else up to date. The Xbox app / software is also up to date. This is very frustrating I can't save my clips. I spent 30 minutes recording a video and it had no sound. Very disappointing.

    Im trying to capture in game voice chat when I record a clip on call od duty warzone. Im Im not in party chat and understand that game captures do not capture party chat.

    Here are my settings:

    allow game captures: captures by me

    record what happened: 5 minutes

    automatically upload: captures by me

    game clip resolution: 720p SDR

    Capture location: internal

    Xbox One S by default captures 1080p with a max of 2 minutes.

    Go to preferences > Broadcast & Capture

    Under capture select Game clip resolution and choose 720p SDR. This will allow you to record 5 minutes. Be warned, the quality of video recordings will drop.

    Sorry to hear it. First I would recommend checking the game bar settings or the settings of the recording software that you are using to ensure the sound is adjusted properly.

    Also, could you please post the actual specs of your PC so people can look and help better.

    Hi there there already is a way to capture in game footage by using the "xbox record that" command it will allow you to capture up to 5 minutes of gameplay.
