Game Capture Not Working Properly

These past couple days game capture on my xbox one s has not been working properly. Anytime i hit record past 2,3,5 minutes etc. the xbox will only record part of it such as 1 minute 37 second or only up to 7 seconds most of the time. This happens both with
1080p and 720p recordings. I have even deleted a bunch of clips equaling up to 2 hours worth off of the system and it didnt help at all so its not a storage problem. I have also tried hard resetting the xbox and it did not fix the problem. The only time anything
records correctly is when i hit the “start recording” button for up to ten minutes. Beyond that nothing else works. My buddy says it happened to him before and he just had to wait it out but it took awhile before fixing itself. I also notice several clips
tend to delete themselves off of my xbox after roughly 2-3 weeks that arent uploaded to xbox live and this has happened to me ever since they made the clips delete after 90-180 days of not getting any views but they delete in 14-21 days for me. Does anyone
know what might be going on and how to fix it. I would be glad to know as its hard to make videos if i cant record awesome moments.

Hello Ghostly, I know you said you have tried restarting your xbox but have you tried Power cycling it? I only say this because this has happened to me personally in the past and this is how I got it fixed. Power cycling clears the cache in your xbox and
it works for a lot of people. If you have not yet power cycled your xbox then please follow these instructions:

1. Hold your xbox power button down on the console until it shuts off

2. Unplug all cables from the xbox. e.g HDMI, power cable, ethernet

3. Wait atleast 2 minutes

4. Replug all your cables back in and then turn on your xbox.

If this does not fix it then I am sorry. Only other option is to fully clear all of your game clips to see if that works

As far as i know, this is a quite common issue in warzone. The registrations should work just fine, right?

The videos get created but often they are glitchy to upload and trim, even using upload studio i often have to go back and re do it.

Also noticed this happening on some other games as well. Happened during Fortnite as well.

if this is a common issue is there any progress on a fix?

I reset the app but that didn't fix it, however after I also deleted the captures folder that made the game bar work properly again

Xbox has been compressing internet speeds lately due to the pandemic, so quality did go down. I'm uncertain but I think due to the compress 4k video is not technically available.
