    Game Capture not recording properly


    I've been having an issue with the game clip feature. I have it set to record 2 minutes at 1080p(have tried other resolutions and times) yet it only ever seems to want to record about 5-12 seconds of footage. I have a ton of open space available still,
    I have no idea what the problem is. Can anyone help?

    I understand that you are having issues with game recording wherein the game clip saves, or crop is from the left corner. Possible reason why the issue appear is system file corruption or outdated drivers. Let me see how I can assist you with this concern. To help me more I need to gather few details about your device.

    What are your device specs, make and model?

    The current version and edition of Windows OS installed?

    • Search for WINVER in Windows search box
    Are you using a dual-monitor display?

    Can you also share a screenshot of this phenomenon for us to further investigate.

    Meanwhile, I will be sharing you articles and methods to try and fix the issue.

    First is to make sure that you got the latest Windows Update

    Get the latest Windows update (microsoft.com)

    You may also consider checking some optional update and install them
