    Game Capture Error Code "0x87c40156"


    I (along with some of my other online friends) have not been able to access our game captures. I have tried to access them from the "Community" and "Game DVR" functionalities of the Xbox one and the Xbox Smartglass app on my phone., but none of them work.
    The error code that I was given is "0x87c40156". Are there any user-specific reason for these occurrences, or is it a general thing among the people? Will it be possible to obtain any of the game captures at any point in the future?

    Can't view captures in Game DVR (somthing went wrong)

    I can't look at any of my captures. error code 0x87c40156 Cant search up the error code either, doesn't help.

    Hello, I am here to discuss about my error code problem. When I loaded up the Game DVR app, the screen showed this error code:
    0x87c40156. When I changed the captures from screenshots to game clips I was able to view them instead. Not sure why I can't view my screenshots but I hope you'll investigate on this issue. Thank you.

    This Error Code means that you have to many Clips/Screenshots uploaded to Xbox Live and Xbox DVR fails to load them all, so you need to ether remove some Clips/Screenshots from Xbox Live (Those Clips/Screenshots will still be on your Console, just not on
    Xbox Live for anyone to see) and if that doesn't fix the DVR Error then you have to delete some Clips/Screenshots completely both from Console and Xbox Live to fix this DVR Error so Xbox DVR will be able to load your Clips/Screenshots about For Honor and other
    games.
