Game Cannot Download

Discus and support Game Cannot Download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I recently purchased Payday 2 via Xbox Live marketplace and when i go to download it it gets to 3% and says cannot download game.     Game Cannot Download


    I recently purchased Payday 2 via Xbox Live marketplace and when i go to download it it gets to 3% and says cannot download game. No error code is displayed. I have tried clearing my systems cache and deleting the 3% that was installed and tried it again
    and still will not download. I have over 45gb of free space on the xbox 360 which the game its self is only around 5gb.

    Any help or suggestions as to what i need to do?

    Actually I just found that i cannot buy over console too! Game Cannot Download :)

    Same problem with both consoles. Cannot buy new game and cannot download free game, and cannot download free trial.

    Thanks for the reply Onyx...

    I checked and my gamer profile location is UK and i live in the UK. I don't think this would be what is wrong as i have downloaded games in the past and am currently downloading an arcoade game whilst i wait for a fix for this problem.

    Always have to check. If you are connected wireless can you connect via ethernet cable for the duration of the download?

    You could also try removing the hard drive and downloading it to an alternate storage device such as USB stick.

    Have you tried unplugging your router and re connecting it? This type of stuff happens sometimes due to poor connectivity to the internet.

    No, that cannot be done. If you download a game via Games on Demand, the game is a digital download. You cannot transfer the game onto a disc.
