    hello Radial,

    So what it sounds like is that the payment option on your account doesn't allow online purchases, or allow Microsoft charges on the payment method.

    I would contact the financial institute and ask if they allow these options and if they do I would call the 1-800# on the back of the payment method it self and ask them the same things.

    Are you making sure that you're a.) purchasing the game using your Xbox 360 console, and b.) have enough balance to cover the game purchase plus tax?

    You may want to try purchasing through xbox.com and putting it into your download queue for your console.
