    Hi i got an email recently from Microsoft saying they had to cancelled my call of duty black ops cold war and i manage to get ahold of support but the dude i was talking to wasn't clear on how long they where gonna take to fix the issues.

    My Gamepass games wont work.

    It may be due to the credit card that you were able to cancel the purchase or due to unsubscribe but I recommend talking to xbox support why it may be an error

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on a cancelled game pass subscription. When some subscriptions are cancelled if there already is a pending charge, it will still go through. Especially if it is close to the date. The
    only way to get around this would be to
    pay off the past due     then immediately cancel the subscription.

    Hello BuHTope3,

    If you were to get the game pass and then purchase the game if you ever cancelled game pass you will still own the game due to you purchased it. Only time you would lose them for example if you download Forza Horizon 4 then you cancel game pass you will
    get error do you own or want to buy the game due to didn't purchase.

    So yes you will still be able to play the game without the subscription.
