    Ive called xbox and microsoft directly and emailed Turn 10 Studio and nothing. I put the 16 digit redemption code on the 'claimyourgame' promo site and have not received the email with the 25 digit got, said it would take up to 24 hours, its been 4 days
    since that. I want my forza 6 game now and need help because xbox and microsoft isnt helping me with this issue.

    Fable Trilogy Bundle problems.

    Wow. I didn't know that other bundles were having the same issues. The Twisted Pixel Games Bundle is giving me the same error but for games like Fable and Halo, that's almost a dealbreaker. Thanks Microsoft.

    well me at have been 6 days since, i called many times, nice customers service they just hang up, i ended 3 emails for the service concerned to receive the 25 digit code, still nothing, what a shame on microsoft, you buy a console and you go back home to
    play but you never think that you bought a console with no game. zero support.

    thanks a lot for the customer service, hand up on my face 3 times and I'm very polite.

    one thing is sur i will get may money back, return to the store, no xbox on my house, and no worries i will make free advertising for you guys.

    Tuhbue you're totally correct, it took 12 days for me, 5 phone calls, 6 emails and the solution was to get angry, ask for a supervisor and what do you know, he gave me a 25 digit code. Very disappointed with microsoft service, they make a promo and say they
    dont control it, ya right. Microsoft you make a glitchy console and *** service, only 1 person I spoke too was nice, the rest hung up or kept saying the same excuses.
