Game Broke

Loading screen is fine, I click A and it goes to the first loading screen but when it loads into game I see Rico leaning on a car with a faded black bar on the bottom and nothing else. I can't click anything or go to menu it freezes here, how do I fix this?

have you got the guitar back from the shop? if so is it still broke? if yes then take it back and get them to set up the game so you can show them and prove its broke. i doubt very much its your xbox, theyre notorious for breaking
if you really say it is broke then theyre probably just trying it on.
where did you buy it?

 

Broken Game

You could always take a bunch of your old games to gamestop and trade them in towards a new copy.
