Game breaking glitch ,Watch Dogs Xbox One, Progress lost, No weapons or hacks in weapons wheel

Playing this game since launch and today I was tailing somebody and got discovered and wasted. When I respawned I had original outfit, a pistol and 0/10 lures in my inventory. Went to the gun store and I can see my weapons but I cannot select them or rebuy
them. The game thinks I'm in the first mission again and can't play online anymore and the only weapons I can pick up are ones I never got before and don't want. Broken game=time wasted.

Can't access new or previous DLC weapons

On my 360 version, I got access to the xmas weapons - the remote bombs and the homing missile thing - they appeared on my weapon wheel almost immediately.

But not on the Xbox one version - also no rail gun or hatchet. Nor the SE weapons. Nor any of the previous DLC weapons.

In the weapon shop they appear in silhouette but are out of stock.

 

Possible Problem?

I was watching a friend play and he found a weapon part. He then died before the game did an inventory save or progress save and he lost the weapon part out of his inventory. When he went back to re-find the weapon part it was not there and it is not counted
in his Progress/Unlock count.

Anybody else run into this?

 

Video games in general are a waste of time. lol. No problems since launch. Try reloading last auto save?

 

I'm having exactly the same bug! Suddenly all my stuff and abilities disappeared, my progress toped, cause the next mission became unavailable to start, the bridges stopped to be hackable, the trains are gone from the city and I can't play online. Had the
same exactly issue. I ain't gonna play it all over again! Shame! I want to know where and how to make a complain about this. Start from the last auto save won't help.

 

Ubisoft have replied to reports of this happening saying they have a team looking into it and a patch will be on the way.

Same thing happened to me today. Checked the thread above and someone reiwd with "The team are investigating the causes - at present I can't give any more info on a ETA or the results of a patch.

"....that doesn't make me feel very confident it's going to be fixed anytime soon.

 

Hey! Count me in... having the same problem. I can't use my skills or weapons as they disappeared, can't play online and its thinking that I'm in first mission but I Can still play current missions though but with nothing but a single gun. Will someone tell
me where can I complaint about this or what is the solution???

The question is: since we can no longer manage our save files on XB1, is Microsoft willing to restore previous save files or implement a tool for the end user? They did a roll back on save files for Titanfall users effected by a game breaking glitch during
launch week.

Of course the onus should be on the game developer to make sure these massive game breaking bugs don't make it in the game. Isn't this what was supposed to be "polished" when Ubi delayed the game for 5 months? The last UBI game I played without a major bug
was Rainbow 6 Vegas or Splinter Cell PT. Shameful!

 

we need manual save files. like that we can have several save files. if our most recent one gets messed up, we can go back to an earlier save and not have to restart the whole game. i never liked the auto save feature. you can have auto saves, just give
us several manual save slots we can use as back ups.

 

What the heck, I want my $$ Back. Played Watchdogs for a couple of days and lost everything??? What a waste of time and $$. Xbox should refund back to my account for allowing crap like this to avaliable in their online game downloads.

 

I started over which I guess is giving in to Ubisoft. I don't think they have or will patch this game yet so I just avoid any other multiplayer besides hacking and racing. Tailing seems to be the one that glitches

 

I can't use my weapons??? what the hell?? its been 3 months already!
