Game breaking glitch Core Foundry

I am in the Core Foundry and I got to the "Shut it down" mission, but I died of radiation before I could finish. When it respawned me, it still says my objective is "Shut it down" but the Core Foundry itself reset to the previous objective , where you place
the core keys in their slots. I tried restarting, deleting the game and reinstalling, updating the game, returning to the Crawler, I even went back to see if I could pick up the cores again but they are gone (because I already finished that objective...).
I can't get the game to restart the right objective. I can't move forward.

Checking the other posts, it looks like people have reported glitches like this for months; has anyone gotten any kind of response?

humm I didn't get the yellow attachmnent :/ it was the room with the Crushing Pit and the green Cellbot.

I've only been playing the game more and more and realized when I ran into my first glitch with the second mission boss that I keep falling for no reason. I closed and restarted and then I used the troubleshooter for app and it worked to resolve the issue
I'm not completely sure if that helps but I seen this post for two days and had to let you know what worked for me. I will try to post the link to the troubleshooter I'm not sure but someone helped me so if you want to try it out here you go

I've only been playing the game more and more and realized when I ran into my first glitch with the second mission boss that I keep falling for no reason. I closed and restarted and then I used the troubleshooter for app and it worked to resolve the issue
I'm not completely sure if that helps but I seen this post for two days and had to let you know what worked for me. I will try to post the link to the troubleshooter I'm not sure but someone helped me so if you want to try it out here you go

thing, I keep falling through the floor in parts of the game. It's a minefield.

Looks like EVER exiting this game is a mistake. My thread a few done is the same problem with a different objective.
