Game-breaking Bug

Exited the game after the mission "Is Anybody out There?" after watching the cinematic where you meet Kai. When I loaded back into the game, I have the objective from that same mission and no way to progress past it. Kai will not radio me with any information
about where to go next, and returning to the crawler and coming back did not help.

Can't seem to find any official support ticket system for bugs.... Was enjoying the game but this will likely destroy my experience and opinion of it as there is no chance I will play through what I've already done if this is unfixable.

Lord of the fallen (Stuck in hole)

This was a bug in the game that was patched today

What is up with Tropico 4?

What game breaking bug? I've never come across that.

 

Having the same problem a few posts down, likewise cannot find a place to submit a bug report as the Xbox Support page has poor mapping and no clear way to contact the devs.

 

Have you guys found anything out since yesterday? I'm in the same boat, I do not want to start over because of this glitch.

I'm experiencing the same problem but by a slightly different means. Enemies popped up just as the cut scene was triggered. My character died immediately after the cut scene ended. The objective will not progress, and unfortunately, you can't force the objective
to progress even if you try following a video walk through step by step and try to do the objective blind. Hoping for an answer with a fix soon.

 

I am at the flyer bot and they made me choose between Seth and Duncan to recore the thing, so I said screw that I want Mac to be recorded... Fast traveled to the crawler when I came back all the flyer parts objectives were still in my inventory but I could
access the table to build the flyer, I can't rebuild at joules crawler and I can't progress any further 20 levels in this is hoooooorribley bad programming. A Microsoft game on a Microsoft console which is a freakin "programming" company that doesn't seem
to have beta tested >.> I want my money back.

 

Looks like they either can't fix or don't care to talk about it. I got a response from the twitter which just said "thanks for letting us know"

 

I've encountered the same glitch. :/ It looks to be game-breaking unfortunately because there is no way to progress. I'm pretty annoyed!

 

stuck at the gate going into the foundry, step on green platform, eye opens,then nothing?

 

Im on the same problem with the guy at the flyer bot mission. Did the same thing only cause i wanted an achievement for swapping Mack's frame out. I went to the crawler came back with mack and now its reading every onjective is still active in that dungeon
despite having all pieces in my possession. This has got to be one of the worst glitches ive evee encountered and the sad part is this is a freaking single player game. I really wanna keep playing but im not trying to start all over im at level 23 and i like
all the items ive collected im not tryna do this all over

 

I'm having the same issue.

The bug occured after the cutscene with Kai Brehn from the Core Maintenance. I received the blue rifle upgrade, but the objective IS ANYBODY OUT THERE? never gets completed. After the cutscene the objective still displays IS ANYBODY OUT THERE? the game
shows two green markers on the map one is still over Kai Brehn’s ship and the other at the center platform at large hole where the crane arms are grinding away at the sides.

Please Help.

 

Well, a week later, and still no response to any of this. Against my better judgement, I uninstalled, reinstalled, and started a new save. Got to the exact same point and it broke again... really disappointing seeing all sorts of replies to people praising
the game on twitter and here, and NO response to what seems to be a widespread bug.

 

Well said. I tried the same exact thing a few days ago. I feel like I'm at one of my old testing jobs looking for bugs. I wish Microsoft would be clear on how to communicate directly with the devs, or at least reply to us themselves. My last ReCore unlocked
achievement was 6 days ago when I was able to still move forward with the game.

Please Help.
