Game Breaking Bug Core Foundry

I was really disappointed in this game greatly due to the fact I was actually enjoying it and then all of a sudden I run into a game breaking glitch and can't progress further in the story.

Problem: I'm in the core foundry and you are tasked to collect two power cores to boot up the analyzer in the center of the map so you can analyze your prism core. Simple. So I got the two cores and put them in and the game played the animation so I could
access the analyzer, but I had to go run errands and quit out of the game, without analyzing the prism core. Now when I load up recore it shows that both the power cores are in their respective spots, but I the analyzer is in the pre-animation phase and I
cannot interact with it at all.

thanks! Might be of use to me next time. I wasn't able to fix my game. I deleted it and started the game over from the beginning. I was able to get through the mission without dying so phew... but I'm sure that wont be the last glitch I envounter. For one
thing, I keep falling through the floor in parts of the game. It's a minefield.

 

I had a very smilar problem in the Core Foundry (i just made a post about this). I opened a door (one of those which you have to extract the core to open it) went tthrough it and then I went back to the Crawler to do some things. Now, when I get back in
the Core Foundry, the door is still open but the room on the otherside won't load: the is a black metal wall blocking my way, as if the map won't load. Pretty frustrating, since I cannot progress at all... It seems the game bugs if you start the Core Foundry
and leave in the middle of it...

 

Yeah it did that for me too when I tried to see if backtracking would fix the problem. It was in the room with the yellow gun attachment right?

 

humm I didn't get the yellow attachmnent :/ it was the room with the Crushing Pit and the green Cellbot.

 

I just installed a 338mo patch that resolved my problem! Go check it out!

 

I have same problem, i cant finish recore!!! What are you doing Microsoft ?Fix this bug !!!
