hi i bought assasin creed odysee and the version i bought said i could play on oct2 now how where do i find the game on my xbox 1 thanks

Hi! There are two ways:

1) Go to you 'Games & apps' and look for the 'Ready to install' section where all your purchased games are available to download.

2) Search for the game in the Xbox Store and download it from there.

when a game is bought digitally, but wasn't installed already you should be able to see it available in the Ready to Install section in My Games and Apps, if the game is already installed it should show in My Games and Apps at the games section.

If it isn't showing in either, then be sure to double check that you are using the correct Xbox Live Account on the Xbox One console since a purchase is bound to the account used at purchase.

Also be sure to check on
http://account.microsoft.com at the transactions if the purchase shows

If you are 100% sure it is the correct Xbox Live Account used but the transaction isn't showing then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

Only the Gold and Ultimate editions had a release date of today the standard and deluxe edition have a release date of 10/05/2018

If you bought either the gold or ultimate and you are signed into the console with the account that purchased it they would show up in your ready to install section of your console.

order history that you have purchased the Gold version (you can play 3 days before the release). If the game has not been installed, try to check in the "Ready to Install" section of your console, otherwise
you can download it directly from the
web page.
