    Hello, i bought a game (forza motorsport 7) with a code and i don't see it in my game collection, when i am looking for it in the store it show me this (screen bellow) i don't really understand where is the problem cause ibought the game and i don't own it...

    I purchased Horizon 3 Ultimate digital code at Gamestop but it doesn't include 2015 Ferrari 488 GTB

    I bought the digital version and I bought it online. There was no other code except for the code to the Ultimate version of game.

    If you bought the game on the Microsoft Store on your pc, the game is tied to your account. If you bought it anywhere else there could be the issue that you get an invalid code from the seller. Check this link first: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/prepaid-codes/prepaid-code-errors

    If that dont work out contact the store where you bought the code or game.
