Game bought but cannot find in the market for downloading

Hello,

This morning I have bought a game in the market from the xbox website. It is a game from the original Xbox, Star Wars Battlefront 2 from 2005.

But when i turn on my Xbox One to download this game, i cannot find the game in the store or even in my game list...

The game is in backward compatibility from 26th april and i can y find it.

I need your help, thank you

Marketplace issue

I just bought dmc for xbox 360. I want to purchace the dlc but I cannot find any of these anywhere. The market palce only shows me the actula games. I cannot find it on the add ons.

I just bought the above game, I figured because it's a small file that it would initialize a second download from either market place or the battlefield website.

I'm under the impression that this is the full game. Not just extra game content. Can you tell me why I cannot find any way of downloading the game I bought.

 

Yeah I also bought the original 2005 Battlefront 2 earlier today and struggling to find the download. Would be nice if they listed a time as well as a date when the games will be available.

 

I also bought Mercenaries and it's not available yet either :-/

 

Yea same here, it bothers me that they don't just release it first thing in the morning :/

 

Just spoken with support, they think it's most likely a system delay and we'll get them at some point today....

 

Yea but damn I work in a lil bit, I wanted to atleast get a lil Jedi academy in lol

purchase history? Want to make sure that you were logged into your account when you originally made this purchase.

Also do you see the ability to install this game when you search for it on the console store?

Might also be a good idea to try briefly
removing your profile, power cycle the
console, then redownload your profile. This'll help refresh your profile on the console.
