game bought, but can not be found

I just bought a game (The Witcher 3) in the Microsoft store for my xbox, but it can not be found in my order history, and it can not be found on my xbox, so it can not be downloaded.
Can you guys help me?

Did you in fact buy it and where charged?

Where you logged into the correct account?

Did you by chance by the Disk version by mistake? *You said MS store. I assume you mean website*

Turn your Xbox on, log into your account (the One that has purchased the game) on PC and search for the game on Microsoft Store, click on Install on my Xbox, You can also search for the game on Xbox by using Xbox Store.

 

i think you couldn't buy the game, something went wrong, if there is nothing on your order history then try to buy it again because nothign was charged.
