Game bought and paid for at xbox.com, doesn't download

I just bought the game State of Decay via xbox.com and after confirming the payment there was some sort of an error message that said something in the nature of "purchase couldn't be completed". Nevertheless I got the payment confirmation email, and the
payment also appears in my xbox.com account billing info, so obviously my card has been billed, but the game doesn't download. Is there some sort of a problem going on in xbox live marketplace? What should I do? I wouldn't like downloading the game again and
pay for it twice. I couldn't find any email adress i could write to and don't really have time to chat right now. Thanks in advance.

Hello!

The first thing I would do is check your account by going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and making sure it shows up there. If it does try doing a hard reset on your system by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds, then power
it back on.

Paid for game download and it doesn't work

Hi guys, I purchased Need for Speed Rivals from my xbox one and after it downloaded it doesn't load past the title page. The payment came off but I either want to reload or get a refund, can ANYONE please give me advice?

Sorry to hear it. There is an issue with purchasing and downloading content from the store at the moment. Keep an eye on the support page for more info.

In the meantime head to Settings>Accounts>Download History on the console to make sure the game is there and waiting for you to start the download again. If it is not then you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America
then dial 1-800-469-9269

Ok, I have to check the download history when I get home. I live in Finland, so maybe it's best for me to try the chat option. Or is there possibly some sort of an international support phone?

Around this time we were experiencing some issues with our store reading the licenses some of our community members have on their profiles. . Which means past game you have bought or new games you might of purchased are having some issues. Check our
