Game Bar won't register EAC-enabled Halo Reach as a game for recording the last 30 seconds

See title, playing on Steam. It used to work just fine, and I have a couple clips saved from social matchmaking recorded with the feature that lets you record the last minute of gameplay (defaults to 30, i have it set to a full minute), but it suddenly
decided to not recognize MCC as a game and when I check the box to enable gaming features, or do it in settings, it doesn't do anything. I've done literally everything I can to the game bar, including deleting its registry entries to make it generate new ones,
and nothing worked. I restarted and even updated my pc, and that did nothing. I even tried reinstalling MCC, and that did nothing as well. The weird part is that the version of MCC that can be launched without Easy Anti-Cheat on is detected by the game bar
and I can turn on the setting to record back. Hell, when I launch EAC-enabled version, I can set the LAUNCHER as a game to be recorded. I can only find one other guy with this issue, and he's on this forum, and he didn't get an answer at all. Please, help

I have this same exact problem and same exact circumstance. I have Halo:Mcc through Steam & the mod friendly version (EAC disabled version) can record the last 30 seconds just fine, even the beta when Halo:Mcc was in flighting that also had EAC enabled would
let me record last 30 seconds just fine. But now the normal version of Halo:Mcc with EAC enabled will not give option to record recent 30 seconds no matter what I do. It also will not allow me to upload any screenshots or manually recorded clips to Xbox live
because it says it cannot recognize the game even on the xbox beta app where you can choose what game it is before upload still will not recognize it.

I also noticed while in the xbox app on PC that the EAC version and non EAC version (mods) are treated as two different games that show up in the game library. Not only that but the mod friendly version(EAC disabled) is the one that shows up as the official
Halo:Mcc game while the no mod version(EAC enabled) shows up as a unofficial looking game with a low resolution logo, etc.

At first I thought it was connected to EAC but now I'm not sure if its that or if its just because windows is not recognizing the non modded/normal version (EAC enabled) as a game or something along those lines.

I tested my Gears 5 that also has EAC enabled and that works fine although I do have that through the windows store not steam. This is very frustrating because I really like using the game bar but this is pretty much making Game Bar useless while playing
Halo:Mcc.

Honestly even if there was a workaround to make the non modded version(EAC enabled) work with Game Bar but the modded version(EAC disabled) wouldn't I would be okay with that because almost all of my time is spent on the non modded version(EAC enabled).

I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem I couldn't find it reported anywhere, was about to start my own post here. I submitted a ticket through the Halo support website and plan to make a post on Halo Waypoint to make it known and see if anyone
has any info, although I suspect the problem isn't with Halo:Mcc but rather with Game Bar and it not recognizing two versions on the same game as one. In the meantime if anyone finds any news on the matter please post it here!

I can open game bar just fine - it just won't let me turn on the feature to clip the last bit of gameplay anymore.

Sometimes the size of a window won't be compatible with the game bar and it will keep the gamebar from opening, are you able to open up the game bar? Or will it just not load?
