Game Bar Required Hardware

So, I have contacted people at least 4 times on this issue and have gotten nothing to work. I'm just about losing hope, but thought why not ask for help from the community.

I just learned today about the Game Bar on my windows 10, and am really excited to use it to record my builds on the computer for work, since up till know I've had a camera blocking most of my view from the computer screen. . Pictures
work fine, but I don't need pictures for doing as I want. I need videos, and that has been my Issue.

When trying to record a video, the same message pops up over and over again. "Your PC doesn't have the required hardware in able to use video capturing" Goin to setting onto Gaming<Capture, it also says the exact same thing.

I have Reinstalled the windows 10, restarted the windows 10, talked to 4 of Microsoft experts, tried even installing other videos recorders such as nvidia nvenc download, and have checked Microsoft website to look over the help section.

I don't know if I am doing something wrong, or missing something. All I know is I've spent hours today doing research and trying to fix the issue.

PLEASE< PLEASE, Please, let me know if any of you know the answer to my issue. Also please spread the news of this issue so I can get it fixed!

Also let me know if this question is in the right 'Windowed topics' Selection. This was the only one I could think of that could work...

Hi,

That's your Windows version, we need to know what your machine is. For Game Bar to record gameplay or even desktop applications - Game Bar can record more than just games - your PC graphics hardware needs to be compatible.

If you're not sure, you can run a tool that is already included in Windows 10. This is called the 'DirectX Diagnostic Tool'.

To run the tool hold down the Windows key and tap R on your keyboard. In the Run box type
dxdiag and press OK

On the System tab, I'm interested in What your computer says in the
processor section (circled)

Next on the Display tab, please tell use what your system says in the section circled on the left (there is no need to tell us what's on the right.

The above example is from my PC. I have a very high end gaming PC.

If you can tell me what your PC/laptop is (make model) I will tell you if game DVR is possible on your hardware.

weird to see an apu that is an intel cpu with amd 6700 gpu

it is actually a proper card but it is one of the worst cards out there, terrible performance and does not support recording, it is a hd 6700 which was a budget card at best when it came out in 2014.
