Game Bar Audio Choppy

Whenever I play a game on my computer and connect my headset the audio is fine but the moment I open up a party through the game bar the party audio gets choppy and severely drops in quality and the game volume does the same, but when I plug in my headset directly to my computer then the audio is suddenly working ok again.

Thanks for the attempt to help, I’m not having issues with party chat, it’s all audio including the game sounding choppy

Has anyone found a solution to this? I have gone through three different headsets in the last month and my audio is so choppy when streaming from my xbox to twitch, the audio just isn't clear at all and the audio is so choppy! I have no idea what else I can possible do to make my audio just clear and understandable

That is not the issue. It has nothing to do with the headset or controller for game output audio on stream. We need help with choppy game audio. It may be for copyright reasons but still, other people on PC make it work fine.
