Game Bar And Xbox App Being Stupid

Sign Out of Your Accounts (Xbox App and Microsoft Store App):

Open the Microsoft Store by pressing Windows Key + S, typing Microsoft Store, and selecting App Settings.

Click on Repair and then Reset the app.

Repeat the same process for the Xbox App and the Game Bar

Restart Your Device:

After repairing and resetting both apps, restart your device.

Sign back into both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store using the same email.

Instead, launch the settings app again, and then press Windows+G to open the Game Bar again.

In the settings of the game bar for the Settings App, under the "General" Tab, you should see a "Remember this as a game".

Remove the checkmark from that option to make the Game Bar "forget" about the Settings App being a game.
