    Game audio not working?!?!


    My game audio has not been working recently and it happened suddenly, my party and xbox hub sound effects work just fine. I checked with the tips but they arent helping like putting the game volume up more or something. It is not just my controller or
    headset. Note my headset chat mixer is set in the middle yet it is all the way colored pink. The other headset volume and mic monitoring have grey on the outsides dont know if that has anything to with it. HELP!!

    I did, and it worked but it suddenly broke and the sound stopped coming from it. It was a turtle beach recon 50x.

    If mixer settings are fixing it, there may be two other options you might wanna test, if its wireless you may want to check for connection and re-sync and make sure no other WiFi things are "talking" while you do this.

    If its wired, try another controller, preferably non 3rd party. Your current controller jack may be damaged.

    You may also want to go to "Audio Output" the click "Headset Format" and switch to "Stereo uncompressed". If that is already clicked try to click and apply "Windows Sonic" or any other option in the "Headset Format" Tab.
