game audio not being broadcast on twitch or mixer?

So ive recently started broadcasting gameplay via twitch, and occasionally mixer. i pre ordered the new game vampyr that released today with the intentions of broadcasting it. i got on and started streaming through twitch, with no issues. got a viewer that
joined and was chatting back and forth for awhile then he says in chat that he cant hear the game sound anymore. i load the stream up on my laptop and i cant hear it either, but can still here my own voice volume fine. ive tried broadcasting on two other games
without any audio issues, tried hard resetting xbox, disconnected twitch account and deleted and redowloaded it. onlt thing i havent tried is deleting and redowloading the game. i was thinking its an issue within the game that has to be patched, but there
are tons of people currently broadcasting the same title without any issues. any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Can't join a party chat streaming

Launch The Twitch App - broadcast - broadcast settings - Mic Audio (Checked off) - Include my party audio.

"Xbox Broadcast" - How To Use?

I'm having the same exact issue.

Tried on many games, reinstalled twitch. Kinect is showing the "Broadcast" option but it won't broadcast.

You'd need a capture card and some PC software. Alternatively you can broadcast with Mixer or Twitch and have everyone include party audio (Twitch is included by default I think). Get the audio you need, go on Mixer and save the broadcast to your PC, then
just rip the audio files from it.

Either way its a lot of work.

Hi,

As of July 22nd Mixer formerly known as beam will be no more. Xbox used mixer as the main broadcasting stream venue. Twitch will be what a lot of people switch to including the ambassadors. You can download the Twitch app and still broadcast off you Xbox
my accessing the app first and hitting broadcast.

Hi,

Yes Mixer formerly beam is to shut down on July 22nd and merge to Facebook gaming. Before mixer they had Twitch in place. If you want to still stream off your console you can download the twitch app. Once downloaded you have to open the twitch app set up
your pre broadcast settings then hit broadcast and return to the game of your choice to stream.
